Hello! My name is Chin and I'm an Ubon Ratchathani native and Bangkokian of ten years. I'm an ‘avid cook’ — all my free time is occupied by studying and experimenting with Thai cuisine. I previously worked as an English teacher, and before that, I learned all about Thai food and wild plants and herbs from her mother and grandmother in the northeast Thai countryside. Above all else, I am very devoted to preserving traditional Thai culture.
