Komang P
I come from a farming family, with two brothers and one sister. I have one wife and two children. We have a little rice field that my mother looks after with someone from our village.
During my treks from village to village in the Munduk region, I meet children with little education and some who are not going to school. With Ady we go to meet the child and assess their need. Then I will assist in delivering supplies to the child or school. Maybe this is my "karma yoga" - helping without question, award or gain. My goal is to do my best for everybody.
Your contribution will also help educate the under privileged children here in Munduk. 10% of your payment will go directly to Rainbow Bend, a Dragonfly Charity project. We thank you for your care.

The whole area was breathtaking. The clear skies brought out the greens and the mountains were bright. Lovely to have fresh air even though it was the rainy season it was bright and there were amazing views during the walking tours. I was fascinated by this areas magic.
Visiting the Ancient Banyan tree was a very magical place for me. I felt the tree speaking from the people, sharing their sorrows and wishes. I could feel this in the atmosphere and wondered how many people have been there.
I was amazed by the peaceful surroundings while voyaging on the canoe with the old speechless local man. It was a great combination of trekking and then canoeing, and then ending at the lake village that was submerged not so long ago. So many huge trees stood proudly behind the old black archway. We were very lucky to have the fog wrapping itself around us like milk.
Our guide Komang was enthusiastic, friendly, caring and funny. He has talent to become a very good guide.
