You'll become a local farmer for half a day where we learn not the skills of the kitchen, but how to grow vegetables, manage rice fields and more. Be prepared to get your hands soil-dirty! Find out about Vietnamese agriculture and be one with mother earth as we grow organic ingredients. We will go one step further to milk cows and make rice paper, a Vietnamese staple food!
This is also for the Explorers. The ones who have a liking of the unfamiliar, and the history. We explore Cu chi Tunnels where 60.000 Viet Cong Soldier survive from 1.000 bombs a day. Find out how they built up the tunnels and why American can not do everything with the tunnels.
Of course we have to feed our tummies. Enjoy a special meal on us, cooked by yours sincerely.
